Blagoveshchensky District (Russian: Благове́щенский райо́н; Bashkir: Благовещен районы) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the fifty-four in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia. It is located in the northern central part of the republic and borders with Karaidelsky District in the north, Nurimanovsky District in the east, Ufimsky District in the south, Kushnarenkovsky District in the southwest, Birsky District in the west, and with Mishkinsky District in the northwest. The area of the district is 2,323.9 square kilometers (897.3 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Blagoveshchensk (which is not administratively a part of the district). District's population: 15,491 (2010 Census preliminary results); 15,861 (2002 Census); 46,596 (1989 Census).

The town of Blagoveshchensk serves as the administrative center of the district, although it is not administratively a part of it and is incorporated separately as a town of republic significance.Municipally, however, Blagoveshchensk is incorporated within Blagoveshchensky Municipal District as Blagoveshchensk Urban Settlement.
